Born and bred in London's East End, Joanne grew up watching her Mother and Grandmother Bake, and quickly grew an interest, and being from Jewish and Sicilian ancestors, it's all about the food!
She has a passion for tweeking family recipes to make them her own, and putting a twist on British classics, including tarts, puddings, custards, sponges, and jams with a lemon curd recipe dating back 100 years.
Jo now brings her delights and knowledge, and pure love for all things food, to America, with Jams so Unique in their flavors, you have to try them to believe it, cakes so moist, your eyes will roll in the back of your head (a quote btw from a customer)
